Conference fees

All conference attendees are required to register. The registration fee includes admittance to all sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, the conference dinner. The fee for an accompanying person includes coffee breaks, lunches and the conference dinner. The registration fees are as follows:

Students may be asked to present a proof of their student status.

Payments from Polish institutions and from all individuals (based on the name and address on the invoice/receipt) are subject to Polish VAT.
Registration fees include neither accommodation nor travel costs.

Registration fee payments should be made in one of the following ways:
  • by bank transfer (preferred): see bank details below
  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard) using the

    EP2DS payment form or MSS payment form

  • by credit card or in cash at the conference site (directly at Registration Desk)
