Our amphitheater-style congress hall has the area of 709.5m2 and offers comfortable sitting places for 620 participants during plenary sessions, held jointly for the two conferences. Invited and contributed talks of EP2DS and MSS will be given in the same space, which will be divided for this purpose into two independent lecture halls. The congress hall is air-conditioned, equipped with wireless internet access, and fully multimedia-fitted. The participants can either upload their presentations onto the provided computer equipment or plug in their own computers. Poster sessions and exhibitions will be held in the close vicinity of the lecture hall.
