Instructions for presenting authors

Plenary lectures are delivered to the joint audience of both conferences. Their length is 45 min including discussion.

Invited presentations at the Majorana Session will also be delivered to the joint audience. Their length is 15 min, except for the first two, which will contain relatively wider introductions and last 20 min (all including time for only the most urgent questions, as the 30 min long open discussion is planned at the end).

Invited talks are delivered at either EP2DS or MSS (both conferences run in parallel; invited talks from the two conferences never overlap). Their length is 30 min including discussion.

Contributed talks are also delivered separately, either at EP2DS or MSS. Their length is 15 min including discussion.

All speakers are kindly asked to arrive early before their sessions, to introduce themselves to their session chairman, and comfortably upload their presentations (from a standard USB pendrive) or connect their laptops. The computer supplied by the conference supports PDF files and PowerPoint files.

Poster sessions will take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (1st, 2nd, and 4th of July). Recommended poster size is A0, aligned vertically (max width 84cm = 33in; max length 119cm = 47in).
